END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement
between you ("User") and [Van Thanh Duy] ("Licensor") for the
use of the software plugin ("MBKarate For AutoTest").

By installing or using the Plugin, you agree to be bound by the terms of
this Agreement.

1.  License Grant

Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
non-sublicensable license to install and use the Plugin solely for your
personal or internal business purposes.

2.  Restrictions

You agree not to:

-   Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Plugin
-   Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
-   Distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or transfer the Plugin
-   Use the Plugin in any way that violates applicable laws or
    regulations

3.  Ownership

The Plugin is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and
to the Plugin, including all intellectual property rights, remain the
exclusive property of the Licensor.

4.  Updates

Licensor may provide updates, bug fixes, or enhancements at its sole
discretion. These updates may be subject to additional terms.

5.  Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated.

It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term.
Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the
Plugin.

6.  Disclaimer of Warranties

The Plugin is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor disclaims all
warranties, including but not limited to: - Merchantability - Fitness
for a particular purpose - Non-infringement

7.  Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable
for:

-   Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
-   Loss of data, profits, or business interruption

Even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.  Third-Party Components

The Plugin may include or rely on third-party libraries or components.
Such components are subject to their respective licenses.

9.  Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to This Agreement

Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the
updated terms.
